Alfonso "Big Al" Lucchese
Married to Margo and father to Lunetta and Pippa, Al is an Italian immigrant, who moved to New York with his parents and brother, Sergio, when they were very young.
A ‘fair’ and level headed man, as things go. He became Boss to the Family at quite a young age and garners their respect to this day.

Margaret "Margo" Lucchese
Margo grew up in a small town in upstate New York. Her father worked in a bank and her mother stayed home to look after Margo and her two younger brothers. She had an idyllic childhood and excelled in school, however she longed for more. She grew bored of small town life and planned to move to the city to go to college, craving the excitement she hoped it would provide.
While walking home from a friend’s one night, Margo accidentally witnessed Al and his men cleaning up after a job. She was terrified when they pulled their guns out and made it clear she should be ‘silenced’, but she was immediately drawn to Al when he quickly put a stop to it. They were drawn to each other immediately and he swore to protect her.
Al returned to Margo’s home town frequently and the pair were married after a whirlwind romance only six months later. She demonstrated the ability to take care of herself with Al’s boss and quickly became a firm favorite within the family.
Al was made ‘Boss’ not long after he and Margo were married and the new title came with new risks to the newly wedded couple. Margo had her second real run in with Al’s lifestyle when someone broke into their home in an attempt to kill her husband. Al had been knocked unconscious and Margo was left to defend herself and her husband, she made use of the gun he had gifted her and shot the would be assassin dead. Word quickly spread that neither of the Lucchese’s were to be tangled with.
Margo and Al had been trying for children for a long time and were thrilled with the birth of their daughter, Lunetta... completely spoiling their little “Bella Luna” and giving her everything and anything she wanted. Margo was perfectly content to stay home and take care of her daughter, and while she never publicly involved herself in any of Al’s business, she was always aware of what was going on within the family, often advising him when she could. However, she took a further step back after the birth of their second daughter, Pippa.
Margo adores both her girls, but is closest to Lunetta. She is proud of her for her hard work and her dedication to her family, even if she can be sometimes exasperated by her daughter’s overprotective nature. She indulges her little princess, Pippa, even though she knows she should probably be taking a firmer hand with her.
A quiet woman, Margo can easily slip under the radar, but she is not a person to be trifled with. She can be violent, if provoked, and doesn’t take crap from anyone. The exception to this rule, of course, is her beloved Alfie... Who she will quite literally let get away with murder.

Lunetta "Bella Luna" Lucchese-Bianchi
Lunetta, the long awaited first born “mafia princess” of Alfonso and Margaret Lucchese, is really no princess at all. Her parents spoiled her and gave her the best of everything from the minute she was born, however their “Bella Luna” is independent and a lot more grounded than her baby sister, Pippa. She always enjoyed school and worked hard to maintain her place on the student honor roll.
From a young age, Lunetta was aware of the true nature of her father’s ‘work’ and even though she respects her parents and their views, she has always made it abundantly clear that she wanted nothing to do with the family business. She pushed herself through school and university, graduating at the top of her class and passing the Barr exam with honors to become a highly successful attorney.
She worked with a large law firm in New York for just over a year, before her father’s pleas to come work for him finally wore her down. Truthfully, she was a little relieved to be leaving the firm due to the disdainful treatment she received simply for bearing the Lucchese name. She has proved herself to be invaluable to the family, being called on many times to get them out of a tight legal situation and has been pivotal in keeping Alfonso out of prison. It was while working on keeping several associates of the family from being brought up on a murder charge, that she met her future husband, Phillip Bianchi.
They had a turbulent relationship in the beginning. She initially wanted nothing to do with the somewhat easygoing and trusted associate of her father’s, however he persisted in charming his way into her affections... and was encouraged along the way by Big Al, who was rather pleased at the idea of his daughter becoming involved with someone he trusted so absolutely.
Eventually the two fell in love, Lunetta finding that her husband’s somewhat quieter personality helped balance her and keep her grounded.
Lunetta is close to her father and adores her baby sister, Pippa, although she despairs of her and wishes she would try to make something of herself. She is especially close to her mother, Margo, and tries to keep her as far removed from the business as she can. In fact, she can be a little overprotective towards her.
Lunetta works hard to keep her whole family out of trouble, but will openly admit her priorities lie with the two men in her life. She has thrown herself into protecting her husband and father and when she sets her mind on something, she never fails.

Phillip Bianchi
Phillip became Al’s Underboss after he married Lunetta. He grew up in the Luccheses’ world and is no stranger to the lifestyle that comes with being Big Al’s son-in-law. He has always been a trusted family friend but has been a bit of a push-over most of his life. Lunetta is the one thing he is never prepared to compromise on.
Pippa Lucchese-Romano
The youngest and completely spoiled “mafia princess” of the Lucchese family, Pippa has and always will be a‘daddy’s girl’. Unlike her sister, Lunetta, Pippa truly loves the wealth and position her father’s business affords her. She has always had anything she wanted from the moment she was old enough to ask for it... Never having been denied anything in her life.
Pippa spends her days shopping and enjoying the highlife and it was on a shopping trip to Italy that she met her husband to be, Maximiliano Romano, a fellow New Yorker who was visiting family at the time. It wasn't long before Pippa was planning a huge white wedding, inviting most of New York’s elite to the event of the year. Her Papa, of course, denied her nothing and gave her carte blanche to spend whatever she wanted... Or ‘needed’ as she phrased it.
She is a sweet tempered girl who doesn’t ask too many questions of her beloved “Babbo”. She knows the nature of his work, but chooses not to think on it too much... as long as the money continues to roll in, it can’t be that bad.

Maximiliano Romano
Coming from a rather poor background, Pippa’s new husband, Maximiliano, is still finding it hard to get used to the money and power that his marriage has afforded him. He is still learning the ropes with his new position in the family, wanting to work himself up the ranks. The rest of his time is devoted to his wife. He is trying hard to teach her that money isn’t everything and that there are more rewarding things she could be filling her life with... like children.
Sergio Lucchese
Quiet and reserved, Alfonso’s younger brother, of two years, tried to steer clear of his brother’s connections for a long time. He joined his brother after the murder of his wife and baby daughter and has been trusted ‘Consigliere’ to his older brother ever since.
